"Wind Farm Civils" uses its experience of managing our own projects and offers on site project management services to other companies that are developing or involved in the construction of wind farms. We have experienced staff that will control the day to day running of the site and will take responsibility for:

• Ordering and programming of deliveries
• Control of site activities in a cost effective manner
• Site diary
• Quality control of all site works and documentation
• Site safety
• Environmental control
• Programming of site works

Ordering Materials
"Wind Farm Civils" will take control of the ordering of all materials required to carry out the works. We will ensure that the deliveries are programmed correctly so that the materials are on site when required and that the deliveries will not impinge on other site activities.

Control of site Activities
"Wind Farm Civils" will use their understanding of the construction of wind farms to ensure that site works are carried out to a high standard of quality and in a cost effective manner.

Quality Control
"Wind Farm Civils" are currently in the process of applying for ISO 9001 accreditation and can provide our quality procedures, which have been set specifically for the construction of wind farms, to ensure that all records and documentation relating to the project are kept in an organised and easily accessible manner should inspection be required.
"Wind Farm Civils" also provide onsite concrete quality testing to ensure concrete supplied is conforming, records and procedures for onsite concrete testing will be documented in our quality files.

Site Safety
"Wind Farm Civils" take site safety very seriously and we always strive to ensure that site activities are carried out in a safe manner. Regular inspections are carried out to ensure that:
• all personnel on site are going about their work safely
• All plant on site is certified and in good working order
• Working areas are tidy and safe to work in
To back up our on site inspections and we control all health and safety documentation for the site to the requirements set out by the health and safety governing body. To back up our site staff "Wind Farm Civils" has our "Quality and Health and Safety Manager" on hand to provide site audits and support to ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, and that site documentation is kept up to date.

Environmental Control
Protection of the environment on our construction sites is very important to "Wind Farm Civils" and we try to ensure that at all stages of construction the local environment is protected to the best of our ability. "Wind Farm Civils" also try to utilise environmentally friendly products and materials on site, eg low carbon concrete.

Programming of site works
"Wind Farm Civils" will control the programming of site works to ensure that the project runs on time and any possible delays are identified early so that they can be reduced as much as is reasonably practicable.
